THE TEQUILA BUTCHER embodies the spirit of Mexico. By day he perfects ancestral barbacoa recipes by his wood-fired smoker. After dusk, you'll find him with sinfully smooth Mezcal in hand, now poured at Revolve Hall in Apple Valley. Life is short, surrender to its pleasures.
